Reducing, Reusing and Recycling are all important steps in preserving a diminishing supply of resources. Keeping the ever growing landfills from encroaching on us is a nice bonus. This site’s focus is on the 2nd of those 3Rs. After #2 is no longer a reasonable optioin, recycling is our best bet. There’s an old adage that fits our philosophy, “Use it up, wear it out, make it do, do without.” Reusing can be a money saving practice for some, a creative outlet for others, or done simply to appease your conscience.
